Hi Team,

 

Good day!

 Could someone please let me know, how widget 'Standard Ticket Conversation' is being called within widget 'HRM Todos Summary' ? I need to replace with one of custom widget, however I am not able to find out the script which is calling ''Standard Ticket Conversation'' within 'HRM Todos Summary'.

You should be able to achieve this with a read ACL. Create a read ACL on the field you want hidden in the the Human Resources Scope.
