Hi, I am hoping someone could explain what the manager attached to a group can see or what functionality they have.
I am unable to locate any documents confirming what that manager can see, currently within our groups we have managers assigned to a group but they dont have any specific views. The manager is not attached into a group to receive cases but is listed as a manager and cant view any information on stats via a dashboard
