HRSD Lifecycle Events Limitations

Hello HRSD Community, 

 

We are building a flow using Lifecycle Event for our employees. When HR Cases are raised for this flow, there are around 40-42 Tasks which would triggered as per the flow which is being built using Lifecycle Event.

 

We are told about Lifecycle Events have some performance issues where there is a limitations to around 50 tasks. But we are not sure on this and we wanted some more clarity on this. 

 

Yes, we have checked the best practices documentation, etc. But overall we wanted a view from others where if anyone can let us know their experience with hrsd Lifecycle Events and if you have experienced some performance issue or in general there is something with Lifecycle events, it could help us understand better.

Before anything else -- 42 tasks? Is there room to cut that down? I can't picture a scenario that would trigger 42 different tasks. I'll also note that you can only assign these to HR departments unless you have the (paid) Lifecycle for Enterprise plugin. Have you considered this?
