Hi all,
I’m working on HRSD Performance Analytics and wanted to understand what the recommended approach is for HR KPIs.
For Incident Management, we have out-of-the-box PA indicators available. However, for HRSD, I came across the plugin “Performance Analytics – Content Pack – Human Resources Scoped App (com.sn_hr_pa)”.
I have a few questions:
Is this plugin the standard way to enable PA for HRSD?
Does it require PA Premium licensing in all cases?
How commonly is this used in real implementations vs building custom indicators on
sn_hr_core_case?Are there any limitations or gaps in the OOTB HR PA content pack?
Would appreciate insights from anyone who has implemented HRSD PA in production.
