Hi I am looking for HRSD Requirement template(sample Excel file) that can be shared with customer to capture initial requirement, Could you please share that.

Did you have a look into the "Workbooks" from the Now Create Resources? For example this one here: https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/nowcreate?id=nc_asset&asset_id=94768ad98788cd5028a3eb1e3fbb35b0 (HRSD - Product Workbook - HR Service Requirements) - it's still quite old, but does capture a lot (if not all) OOTB functions. I would personally update the workbook (we did the same) and updated for exmaple the reference URLs.
