HRSD simulation - HR Knowledge Management - error. Help needed

Hi, need a help, I'm desperate. Did steps as per instruction of the task (below). At the end trying to submit the case (step in red) and getting the error (attached). Any help, where I might check or change something. This is learning instance.

Task description:

Cloud Dimensions has a written policy for Travel Advance requests and Tammie wants the policy to be added to all Travel Advance HR cases.

 

Please note: To streamline your work on this task, you will enter simple text into the body of the article rather than copying and pasting.

 

  1. Create a new Knowledge article in the Human Resources General Knowledge knowledgebase with the following details:

    1. Category: Policies
    2. Short description: Travel Advance Request Guidelines
    3. Body: Travel Advance Request Guidelines
    4. Valid to: << Select December 31 of the current year >>

 

  1. Save and publish the article.

  2. Write down the article number as you will use it in the next step.

 

Next, you will add the KB article to the Fulfillment instructions on the HR Case.

  1. Create a new HR Fulfillment instructions record with the following details:

    • Name: Travel Advance Instructions
    • Table: HR Payroll Case [sn_hr_core_case_payroll]
    • Condition: HR service  |  is  |  Travel Advance Request
    • Instructions: Review the attached Knowledge article before processing a Travel Advance Request.
    • Knowledge articles: << select the KB article you created in this task >>

  2. Activate the Travel Advance Request Catalog Item.

  3. Confirm functionality by impersonating the following users and reviewing the Catalog on the Employee Center.

      • FTE with less than 1 year: Christy Long – should not see the catalog item.
      • FTE with more than 1 year: Abel Tuter

  4. While impersonating Abel, complete the Travel Advance Request with any information and Submit.

  5. Confirm that the case was assigned to Rebekah Lindboe. Remember, Rebekah is the only member of the group who has the Travel Advance skill.

  6. Close the tab with the Employee Center and End impersonation.

  7. Review the HR Case to confirm the Case record is configured as designed. Ensure the Fulfillment instructions are displayed appropriately.
