HRSD-Verify Hr admin can create Hr case

Hi 

Im practicing CSA lab and in the lab i am stuck at a section 

Verify Hr admin can create Hr case.

Im impersonating Bob_hr but after that im unable to locate HR Case management in ALL .

What would be the reason there is no HR case management .

Hi @Varsha20,

Just to be sure that I inderstand you correctly - you mentioned that you studied for CSA but then you are looking for HR Cases - those are two separate things (!!!). CSA and HR are completely different...

is that a PDI or lab instance? If PDI, then HR app is not installed on default, you must go to Plugins and install it yourself. If it is a lab instance, then it's already pre-installed and ready to use.

If you have it installed and that person doesn't see it, then it's problem with access rights. Can HR admin access it, does it even exist? This should give you idea why you cannot see it.

But as said in the top, HR is unrealted to CSA, CSA is general usage of ServiceNow platform while HR is just a specific area of the platform, I am pretty sure that you don't need to know anything about HR implememntation to successfully pas the CSA exam.

Hi Yes im studying for CSA and practising the lab from the guide for CSA - in the lab practice there was activity to create hr case.
