How to hide tabs for specific users

Hi Community,

I’m working with Employee Center (ESC) and HR Offboarding cases.
Currently, the Activity and Attachments tabs are visible in ESC, but the requirement is to hide them only for a specific group of users.

to hide for specific group of users, you need to clone the OOTB widget and then handle the logic in new widget, add that new widget again on the ticket page

actually there is a tab Activity in Tab configuration table, i've opened it and tried to add some conditions based on what i want but still didn t work

you can use Advanced checkbox and show/hide the tab

Ensure you take into account the conditions already present and then add your group condition
