I have added additional approval in OOB knowledge- approval Publish

Hi Team,

I wanted to add additional approval once it is approved by ownership group.

I have added additional stage in Cloned-OOB flow. and added Knowledge admin as approvers.

although approvals are triggering, But Email notifications are not getting sent.

I checked for the ownership group email is sent, and conditions for that should be same for my case also.

once approved by Ownership- it remains in review state and it sent for knowledge admin approval.

Could you please check if approval.inserted or knowledge.approval.approved events are triggered in you custom flow?

And can you re verify the property is set to 'true'.

Email notification didn’t fire because the standard OOB notification When to send condition is still checking for the article being in Draft rather than Review, so you’ll need to adjust the notification condition (or script) to include the Review state and ensure the correct event is being raised (e.g., approval.inserted or kb_article.approval.requested)....
