I have to add first day message to user on portal.

Hi @Susan Britt,  

I have to add first day message to user on portal. I have created Campaign, Campaign bundle, Portal content, Campaign content to add birthday widget on portal like same I have to add first day message on portal and to achieve that I have created Campaign, Campaign bundle, Portal content, Campaign content and banner can be show to Users on first day and it should show for their first 30 days.

Hi @niveditakumari - That should show up correctly with the item duration of 30 days and offset on start date.  Be sure your campaign is set to re-evaluate daily (instead of every 7 days) to add new hires and remove when needed.

I have to add message on portal from first day till 30 days to User.

Can you please confirm what field value should be added to Date offset quantity, Date offset units and when in Campaign bundle.

I have to show welcome message to user on portal from first day to 30 days. We are having schedule start field on which I have to start this message. 

I have created campaign, campaign bundle, portal content and campaign content and I have put condition in campaign bundle as mentioned in screenshot : 

I have tested that and after schedule start date 30 days also that campaign is showing in portal. It should only show for 30 days. 

Can you please help me correct that.

Hi @Susan Britt, 

Yes I have tested that and it is working fine now. It should run first day till 30 days to schedule start date. It is working after schedule start date like I have added schedule start date 4th March 2024 and campaign is not showing to user when I add schedule start date 3rd March 2024 then today User is able to see campaign it means campaign is showing after 1 day to schedule start date. I have added condition 

Data offset quantity - 1 

Data offset units - Days 

When - After 

Item duration - 30 Days 

Can you please correct my configuration to run it from first day on schedule start date.
