In the esc portal journey page we are receiving this error:

Navigate to Journey Designer ->Journeys

Check if logged in user is either Employee OR Mentors  OR Journey Owner

Only Persona: Employee/Mentors/Journey Owners are having access to journeys

First please check

• Navigate to Journey Designer > Journeys (or Manage Journey Configurations).
• Open the specific journey configuration.
• Review the Journey owner permissions and Mentor permissions tabs to see which actions or plans users can manage

If it is fine, then Check ACL

Check the ACL role ( if you have any customization there) and assign same ACL role to user.
