Hi All,

I have to schedule CIS-HR certification for Tokyo release.

I have gone through HR fundamentals and HR Implementation on demand course on NowLearning for Rome before a month.

Can anyone please tell in Tokyo release what are new features came and how I should prepare for Tokyo release.

I have eBook for Rome release, this eBook will be updated with Tokyo release.

Can anyone please confirm for this and on which point Shall I focus to pass Tokyo certification.

Regards,

Nivedita

Hi @niveditakumari ,

You should stick to your Rome release e-book, you should prepare from this itself. That's enough to clear the exam.

For Tokyo release , just go over the new features inroduced like :

Boost employee productivity and engagement

  • Manager Hub: Enhance the manager experience with a comprehensive single place for viewing teams’ journeys, daily stats, pending learnings, important dates, and even receive notifications to act on employee tasks and requests.
  • Journey designer: Automate workflows and empower managers to personalize journeys or tasks with AI-powered learning recommendations. Gain insight into employee satisfaction within journeys and quickly act on feedback.
  • Issue Auto Resolution for HR: Resolve routine employee requests quickly with AI-powered automation. Leverage Natural Language Understanding (NLU) to analyze unstructured requests and deliver self-service content across Microsoft Teams, SMS, and email. Identify critical or sensitive cases and route them directly to a higher-level agent when needed.

You can find all of those details here :https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/tokyo-employee-service-management/page/product/human-resources/co...

Hi @Community Alums,

I don't see much new features in Tokyo in this link.

You have mentioned some points for Tokyo that is enough. Do I need to explore some other document.

Please help me with this.

Nivedita

Hi @niveditakumari ,

In Tokyo, In the HR space, we don't have much features, the top feature was "Manager Hub" but i don't think it would be that important for CIS-HRSD point of view.
