IAR for HR issue during implementation

Good day!

I'm trying to implement IAR for HR. However, when it comes to testing the configurations, I am running into an unexpected error.

Whenever I create a case, it gets assigned to the HR Bot. Perfect. However, there are no suggestions, resolutions, etc.

 

The case remains with the HR Bot indefinitely. I believe this could be due to the configured exit criteria, however when I look at the auto-resolution context, the task processing state stays in "event dispatched".

There are no auto-resolution predictions, matched intents, or AI Search results.

I've uploaded some screen shots of my configuration, along with the context.-- any guidance would be great, thank you all!

 

Note: The intents to topic mapping are set to false, I have tested with them set to active with the same result.
