Hi All,
I am configuring the New ER Scoped App (sn_hr_er_case) and am working on the Interview Management Templates.
I have created the templates and am able to add them to an interview as an admin. When I impersonate an agent in the Employee Relations group, they are not able to see any of the templates.
Can you please advise?
Thank you,
Giuliana

It is likely that the issue is related to the agent's access rights to the Interview Management Templates. In order for an agent to see the templates, they need to have the appropriate access rights to the table that the templates are stored in. You should check the access rights for the Employee Relations group to ensure that they have read access to the sn_hr_er_case_interview_template table. Additionally, make sure that the specific templates that you want the agents to see are not set to private.

Hi,
I have added the "sn_interview_temp.reader" to the appropriate group. Where do you check if the specific template is set to private?
After giving the Employee Relations group the reader role, they are still unable to see the templates.
Thank you,
Giuliana

I was able to figure it out. You need to verify that the application that you are creating the interview templates in is Interview Templates.

Is there any way to differentiate those interview templates if we are creating them for different HR services?
HR service A should see the set of Interview Templates A and HR service B should see the set of Templates B.
