Due to ACL's user is not able to see the records..check ACL's and provide respective roles.

Hi,
there is some table level READ ACL which is blocking the records.
Did you debug that?

Hi,
It seems that you have just added the users in the related HR group but the users do not have the access for HR Case table.
Check the ACL (record level) on HR Case table to allow the users (by granting the required role) so that they are able to see the related records.
