Hello, I'm preparing for the HRSD Certification, and I would like some help with this question:
In the out of the box configured Servicenow instance, when are HR cases created after a Bulk HR case request is submitted?
a - Every 6 hours using a scheduled job
b - Immediately
c - Once a day using a scheduled job
d - 12:00 (midnight) everyday using a scheduled job
d - Bulk cases queued and asynchronously updated
