Email sending is not working

I created a new Email Account based on my location and entered the port values and server details. I also confirmed that it is active. I went into Email Properties and enabled all the checkboxes. However, emails are not being sent, whether internal or external. When I check System Log > Email, there are records, but the Type is set to 'send-ready' for all of them. I can't seem to figure out how to resolve this issue. Please help me.

@wkhong 

in your instance mail box is configured?

If yes then it should send email to that email address in email logs
