Configurable HR Agent Workspace [Short description on case creation page cannot be overwritten.

Hi,

 

In configurable HR workspace, the short description to the HR case while creation sets the default HR Service name. 

When we try to modify manually, the changes are not taken. It immediately moves back to the default HR service name when we try to edit any other fields on the same form or by the case creation UI button. 

 

I want to allow the changes to the short description. This happens only in Agent workspace.

Also did you try to set the short description using before insert BR?

No Before insert business rules were configured.

And it works fine in native UI.

can you share screenshot of what you configured and what's working in native but not in workspace?

I haven't configured anything specifically in workspace. This was an issue reported after the upgrade to Xanadu. Where can I start the investigation. It is not due to BR or Client script.

 

For example, In native UI if I create a case, by editing the short description, the changes remains same even after the creation of HR case.

In Workspace, If I edit the short description with my own text, and try to edit the other fields, the text entered by me gets replaced with the HR service name. The same happens if I try to create the case.
