Hi experts,
When ever Agents are creating a case they are able to select inactive users.
Inactive users should not be visible in the dropdown.
Please help me with this scenario.

Hi,
To change this behavior, launch "HR Administration > Case Creation Configuration", and add "Active is true" under "Employee Search > User Search condition".

But make sure to check the Limit users on search checkbox then only you can see the filter condition.
