In the application navigator only display the following for users with the admin role in this order.

 

Create New

Assigned to me

Assigned to my group

my group - unassigned

Resolved 

All

My Assigned to tasks

Tasks assigned to my group

All other incident modules not listed above should only be visible for administrator.

 

How to set up above format any idea help me .

Hi,

 

You can navigate All->System Definition->Module here you can modify orders for rearrangement of all these modules.

Hi @Madarapulahari ,

 

Your question doesn't make sense - why would you limit the "admins" to only see what you have listed? If you talk about the general ServiceNow platform, then the admin should be able to see most items. If we talk about HR, then according to best practice, Admins should have removed their explicit roles to HR application, and you should have a dedicated HR application developer instead.
