Please I am trying to Insert PDF Image into Knowledge Article but it is not recognizing image in PDF,

Anyone had this challenge before

Unfortunately, it's not possible.

Save images in .jpg, .gif, or .png format only. Files such as pdf, .psd, .tff, and .doc are not acceptable web image formats.

what do you mean by pdf image?

As mentioned by Sandeep only those formats are supported

Can you explain your case by sharing some screenshots?
