You want to implement e-signature b/w Adobe sign & ServiceNow, please follow below link:

1. Install Plugin:  "Adobe Sign spoke", Document Template integration with Adobe Sign - if you want to use document template. you can use HR PDF template as well.
2. HR Service through Adobe Sign: Configure an HR service for the Adobe Sign integration (servicenow.com)
3. Build connection b/w Adobe side & ServiceNow follow link: Synchronize Adobe Sign group with ServiceNow
