Issue Auto resolution topic mapping error

Hello all, 

 

I'm trying to set up Issue Auto resolution for HRSD

 

I'm getting an error message upon configuring the IAR for the HR case. 

"Your Auto-Resolution intents arent's accessible for topic mapping. Check that the prediction server is set up."

I was following an implementation guide and hit a wall with this error message. 

Any hints where to start?
