Knowledge Article filter by Region/Country as search function

How do I set the Knowledge Article to make it searchable by Region or Country? We do not want to restrict the access but would like to know how we can do a filter by Region and Country.

Hi Betty,

The best recommended approach which i have used for one of my clients to set the Knowledge Article to make it searchable by Region or Country by using "Knowledge blocks".

Or, you can go with the traditional way of using "User Criteria ", something like this :
