Knowledge Article rating auto populates right after creating an article.

Hi All,
I am new to Knowledge Management, I was trying to understand the Rating concept in Knowledge Management.
Generally the Rating will be populated based on selection of Knowledge Article Helpful or Not Helpful and also based on the selection of 5 stars in bottom of the Knowledge Article after publishing.
But in my case I could see few Knowledge articles Ratings are pre populated without even having any Feedback.
When I check the history of the Knowledge article Both Rating value updated time and Knowledge article created time are same.
Please find the below screenshots for reference.
1)Knowledge article with pre populated Rating
2)Knowledge article without any Feedback
3)Knowledge article history shows that the Rating is updated while creation of Knowledge article.
Please help me to understand how the rating is pre populated.
