Hello All,
On HR Agent Workspace the knowledge articles are not showing up on Agent Assist. Can anyone please let me know why this is happening ? For your reference, Please find below image :

If you're still wondering, you're going to need to update the Condition record that is related to the Resource Configuration that is related to your Search Context.
By default it is pointing to the out-of-box HR Knowledge Base.
