Knowledge articles dosen't show up in Agent Assist

Hello All,

I am unable to search knowledge articles via Agent Assist on HR Agent workspace and it displays no record matches found. I am unable to figure that Is there any something that needs to be configured? 

Please find the attached screenshot for your reference.

Hi Kashmira,

Have you completed/confirmed the steps for "Search" in the Agent Workspace's Guided Setup?  It will have you configuring the Search Sources and Agent Assist.  The most likely culprit will be the condition on the cxs_res_context_config record for the HR Knowledge Base Search search context, where you will need to enter the sys_id of the KBs to be searched.

Hi @Kashmira Surana Has this issue been resolved? I am facing similar situation at the moment with CSM Workspace.

 

Any pointers would be really helpful.
