Knowledge articles on Portal

Hi All,

We have a requirement on Knowledge articles, so the stakeholders here want to view the portal by default for their country and also a view selector to see the portal for other countries. So a “HR filter” and a “manager filter” on portal for KA. Is this possible? Currently any company is working on similar ask, if so please share the steps. Also any OOTB approach also if possible please suggest.

Meanwhile I too am exploring but any ideas/inputs are welcomed.

Hi @shwetakhema ,

I believe OOTB there is no such feature available on portal which allows filtering. OOTB u can show the articles based on different Knowledge bases.

I think this would require a custom widget development.
