Knowledge Center - knowledge base cannot be found

Hello,

 

We're setting up Knowledge Center for our new HRSD project and we have created couple of Knowledge Bases. However, when opening the KB from within the Knowledge Center, we get "The page you are looking for could not be found" error and in addition URL looks like this: /now/knowledge-center/record/~~undefined~~/<sys_id_of_knowledge_base>

Does anyone encounter this and know how to fix it?

Are you able to open them NOT from the Knowledge Center? From this view: ....service-now.com/kb_knowledge_base_list.do?sysparm_query=active%3Dtrue&sysparm_view=

 

If you can't from this view as well, can you check for any Restricted Caller Access Records that are Denied?

I can open them from the view you asked. What's strange, even if I replace URL: instancename.service-now.com/now/knowledge-center/record/~~undefined~~/54ed7d973bd00b5058070724c3e45abe  with instancename.service-now.com/now/knowledge-center/record/kb_knowledge_base/54ed7d973bd00b5058070724c3e45abe and hit enter - the record loads.

Great, then you can at least work the KBs from that view for now. I would recommend making sure you are on the latest Plugin version and if the issue still persists and you have not made customizations to the Knowledge Center then I would think of opening a Case with Support.
