LifeCycle Approval Activity not working

Hi,

Good morning,
I have created one approval activity under one activity set. And selected the approver from case (Subject person Manager). The activity get successfully completed but there is no approval generated by the activity. 

Please help me out why this activity did not create approval record for the case. As Subject person has manager.

Hi @Prataps135 ,

I am also facing similar issue and not sure why as it was working perfectly when last time, I have tested it and suddenly it's stopped working.

Have you raised a HI case for it? Did you find any solution for it?
