Lifecycle cases Visibility

I have multiple lifecycle events set up like Offboarding, Onboarding, Perfomance Improvement. I want to grant People business partner access to only offboarding lifecycle cases. Offboarding lifecycle cases are tied to Submit Resignation HR service.

How do I grant PBP's access to only lifecycle offboarding cases.

Hi @Simran321 ,

You will have to limit the access using ACLs on the table "sn_hr_core_case" with a condition that HR service is "Submit Resignation ".

@Simran321 Where would you like to grant the access? On HR case list related to HR service Offboarding on backend?
