Analytics Using the "Thumbs Up/Down" for Now Assist Summarizations

Hi SN Community,

 

We are implementing Now Assist skills for summarization across HRSD and ITSM, and noticed there is a "thumbs up/down" option within the UI, but there doesn't seem to be any functionality behind them (e.g. confirmations, analytics, etc.). We would like to use this as a way to measure the output's accuracy, if possible.

 

Some questions:

  1. Does anyone have experience using the thumbs up/down actions, and are they working for you?
  2. Where are the inputs stored so we can look to measure Now Assist accuracy?
  3. Have you built any other ways to measure Now Assist in terms of agent productivity or output accuracy? 

We are looking at the OOB PA indicators and widgets that are found within the Now Assist Admin Console, but they don't really paint the full story that we're trying to tell.

I am interested in the same, as we are told that there is no way to get analytics for the thumbs up/thumbs down?

Hi - Little late but that metadata can be accessed on the "sys_gen_ai_log_metadata" table and can now be used for reporting

you have to be on the Xanadu release to access the table
