List Layout Appears Different for Some Users in HR Table

Hi everyone,

I’m working with the table sn_hr_pa_profile_metric_result and I’ve noticed something strange in the list view.

When different users access the same list with the same filter applied, some users see all columns (ex: Metric, Metric type, Employee Name, Home Country, Legal Entity, Survey Triggered, etc.) while others only see a very limited number of fields.

 

how can i acheive that all users see the same columns whenever open the table 

this is with a lot of columns

What I want:
I need all users to see the exact same list layout — a consistent and global default view.

how about those fields are visible on form or they are completely gone from list and form both?

any field level READ ACL is blocking?

May be some view rule is restricting the list view

i checked if there are any view rules for that table , i found none and also the form is read only and those records are getting automatically created through a survey
