Live Agent Connect is not working

Hi,

 

I am facing an issue with Live Agent Connect in my personal Instance. Configured the Queues, Service Channel and Assignment Rule in Advanced work assignment. Given the Itil, awa_agent, workspace_user etc all the relevant role to the Assignment group and added the person to the group. I made the HR Agent as Available but Chat conversation sending the message as "No agents are currently available". Except Live agent connect other chat options are working properly. Attached some snap shots for your reference.

 

Can someone please help me on this?
