I am having an issue with making a field mandatory in HR Agent workspace. When I set the field as mandatory on the table, when I test to see if it will allow me to close without the mandatory field being completed, it will allow me to close without those fields being completed. How can I ensure the mandatory fields are completed upon closure of the case? The fields in question are allegation taken, allegation, and outcome.
