Manual HR case Creation Issue NON ADMIN USERS

Hello Everyone,

In HRSD, when creating an HR Case manually by clicking the "+" icon inside Agent Workspace, I’m able to create the case successfully — as shown in the screenshot below:

However, when I impersonate a non-admin user, the page either doesn’t load properly or is completely blank — as shown in the screenshot below:

Can anyone suggest me on this , How to configure this ?

Hi @mdshahvez11 

does the non admin user that you are impersonating have sn_hr_core.case_writer role?

if not give this role and try giving that role (also give sn_hr_core.basic if required)

No we have given sn_hr_core.basic under this role only we have  sn_hr_core.case_writer but still the issue is same

please elaborate on "non-admin" role, because "non-admin" is literally any role in ServiceNow 😄 

 

When impersonating that user, try to replicate the same thing in native UI, this seems to me to missing or insufficient ACL rights on that table (sorry not much familiar with HR, but you will not better than me what table it is).

As the current project is based on HRSD , all the users except the admins , have sn_hr_core.basic role.

 

I have checked by giving the role at table level as well as ACLs related to COE and HR services.

 

Still the users are not able to create HR case manually , the full form is itself is not loading.
