Manual HR case Creation Issue NON ADMIN USERS

Hello Everyone,

In HRSD, when creating an HR Case manually by clicking the "+" icon inside Agent Workspace, I’m able to create the case successfully — as shown in the screenshot below:

However, when I impersonate a non-admin user, the page either doesn’t load properly or is completely blank — as shown in the screenshot below:

Can anyone suggest me on this , How to configure this ?

if admin can see something and non-admin cannot, please review the ACL on that table and particular fields
