Meeting requests do not generate cases in ServiceNow

User  accidentally added the group email address to a team meeting, which triggered an unexpected HR casein ServiceNow. The user mentioned that they had previously requested a configuration in ServiceNow to block meeting requests from creating tickets, Similar to out of office replies.

Could you please investigate how this is currently configured and ensure that meeting requests do not generate cases in ServiceNow?
