Microsoft outlook integration with Outlook calendar in ServiceNow interviews

Hi Team,

I am looking for Integration of service now with exchange online spoke where available timings of a user can retrieved and calendar invites can be sent to individuals.Any suggested change in timings to reflect on Service now and also would like to know minimum permissions required to be granted by Microsoft API to perform all the above actions

 Also would like to know if Mail.srnd permission should be granted by Microsoft to send calendar invites
