Missing records/specific column data during export from HR Agent Workspace

Hi All,
I am facing an issue where after exporting the HR profile from the Agent Workspace, some of the records are missing sometimes and sometimes the data in a few columns are missing.
I am trying to navigate through the components but cannot find them all. The Export button I found under "list actions" which opens a Modal window. But, I can't track where this modal window is located.
Any help in figuring out the location of the Modal window is appreciated. Also, if anybody else faced any similar situation with missing data in export, please share your thoughts.
