When SN is integrated with MS Teams, user have the ability to attach files within the Teams chat. The contents of the chats are auto-imported OOB but the file attachment is only lodged as a hyperlink, remaining within Sharepoint rather than sys_attachment.
Has anyone updated the webhook to copy the file attachment into SN sys_attachment table (and associate it with the parent case)?
