Hi All,
I have a question on building out a Lifecycle Events process to support employee terminations. One of the current exit tasks for the employee (manual process today) is for them to collect signatures from different departments (validating that they returned assets, finance is paid, badge is returned, etc.), and it's been a huge pain point during an era while employees are working from home. I'd like to leverage the managed documents feature as well as the built in e-signature capabilities to digitize this (HR Task Type = e-signature; link to product doc). However, my experience has been that we can only collect 1 signature, and an PDF output is provided. Is there a way we can collect multiple signatures from different users for the same PDF output?

If it's a single document that gets routed to multiple departments for signature, I suggest using Document Tasks. Product documentation can be found here.

Let me make it earlier for you !! 🙂
You can use "Activity Container" for your requirement. i have created a sample only for you such that you can refer and implement as per your need.
Navigate to Manage Activities> New>
You will need to create your own HR task Template which you can use for your respective tasks.
Order here will decide when these activities will trigger, in your case since its offboarding , you can keep the order same for example "10" for all the activities such that all of them will be triggered at the same time.
