My SLA % is not displaying on HR Case list

Hi everyone,

I have a flow that is triggering the SLA and the assignment groups. For context, you have a record producer with a select box variable, and depending on the choice it triggers different SLA's and/or assignment groups. The problem is that, SLA is counting normally, but it's not displaying the % of it on HR Case list.

I will leave a print showing it, if anyone can help, gladly appreciate it!

PS: I cannot add the HR Service to SLA definition because ,like I said, it depends on the choice.

Hi @rafas_2703

You can add Task SLA table in related list to see the individual SLA persentage on that HR record.

If you want to show it on HR case list, you have to do some customisation but it may have performance issue and data may not be so accurate. You can create a field on HR case for SLA percentage which you have to auto populate every interval using Scheduled Job.

Also try if Calculation field works for SLA percentage custom field on HR case but it will have performance issue.

Hi @AnubhavRitolia  and @AndersBGS , here is better explained:

The issue I am dealing with is:

I created a flow that will create an SLA manually . It's a customization that I need it like that and cannot be changed.

When I create an HR Case through the flow, the SLA field appears empty

But the Task SLA fields are still counting:

Every case that are opened directly though this customization will have this behavior, but when you create a case where the HR Service of the record producer is in the SLA Definiton works properly as OOB behavior.

Thanks,

Hi @rafas_2703 ,

OOTB SLA percentages is added like shown below:

If you go to case SLAs, do you then see the relation between the HR Case and the SLA:
