Hi Folks,
I had a requirement which I have a 10 types of choices for a field which the user need to select multiple choices with in the 10 choices on the incident form
which field type will be used for this (Particularly on the incident form).

create a list type filed with reference as empty and add the choices under the choices

you can create a custom table and store 10 choices there in name field
then create list type field on incident and make it point to your custom table
