When ever I am changing the priority the new sla is not attching.
Whenever the case is raised it will be in awaiting approval state. After the approval it will be set as ready.
Attached screenshots for the same.
Additionally I tried to remove the condition "start condition" currently it is set as ready.
@Rupanjani Can you check and help here.

Hi @pk2184046 ,
According to the information that you have provided it can be multiple things. First of all, what table are you working on? 2nd, I can see you have a field named "priority upgraded" which I anticipate is a custom field. How is this set? Based on a business rule or?
