New SLA not attching when priority is changed

When ever I am changing the priority the new sla is not attching.

 

Whenever the case is raised it will be in awaiting approval state. After the approval it will be set as ready.

Attached screenshots for the same.

 

Additionally I tried to remove the condition "start condition" currently it is set as ready.

Table is a custom table "asset & Leasess"

Priority Updgrade is there is only one business rule it evaluates whether user is selecting the greater than current priortity or not.
