Nominee Details Submission via Employee Center

We need to design a process where an employee can submit their nominee details through the Employee Center portal. Once the user submits the form, the following actions should occur:

  1. An HR Case should be automatically created.

  2. The submitted nominee data should be stored in a custom Nominee table.

  3. The user should receive the Nominee Form for e-signature.

  4. After the user signs the form, a PDF copy of the signed form should be generated.

  5. The generated PDF should be attached and saved to the same HR Case.

And where exactly are you stuck? This sounds like a straight forward HR process. What did you try and didn't work? Where do you need help?
