Now Assist for virtual agent LLM topic get hr employee data

I want to fetch HR profile data through the topic script in Now Assist for Virtual Agent, but I’m encountering a cross scope access privilege error. However, I have already set it to allow, and I’m still getting the same error. Why is this happening and how can I resolve it?

Hello @ChunjiJ  , 

 

 1.Please check if Can Read checkbox on your HR Profile Table is set to True.

2. Check Application Access settings 
Navigate to Restricted Caller Access:

 In the filter navigator, type and go to System Applications > Application Restricted Caller Access Privileges

  1. Identify New Requests:
    • Filter the list to show records with a Status of Requested or Invalidated.
    • Add the Updated column and sort in descending order to find the most recent records related to your test .
    • Look for records where the Target Scope is the HR application's scope and the Source Scope is the scope where your Virtual Agent topic is defined.
  2. Approve the Requests: Change the Status to allowed from requested and save the record.
