Predictive Intelligence: How can I block a certain HR service from being updated

I have predictive intelligence on to classify the HR service correctly. It keeps incorrectly classifying one of our services and I would like to block PI from changing certain services. Is there a way to do that?

Hi, @tworzala 

If you are using "Case Categorization" use case, the business rule to be customized is "Predict HR Service".

I think there is no option to exclude the specific HR services from prediction 100%.

I think the business rule is actually "Predict COE, Service after insert" because this one creates a case work note and that's what my cases have.
