Greetings,
I am planning to give for exam for CIS-HR certification.
As per the syllabus "Candidate must complete CSA Admin and Implementation certifications".
Can anyone confirm if the Implementation certification is mandatory for CIS-HR certification?
When I open the Certified Implementation certification link, it shows only new modules and not the previous Certified Implementation details.
Please can anyone let me know what is the current process as I recently passed CSA exam.
Regards,
Shambo Maitra

Hi Shambo,
If in case you have cleared your CSA exam, you can appear for CIS- HR exam straight away, however you can get this verified by sending a mail to- training@servicenow.com
Note: Please mark this response as helpful, if in case it has resolved your query.
Regards,
Mishu

It is better to have CIS- ITSM before going for HR certification. Also, having hands on experience on HR application will be very beneficial as the exam is quite hard.

The HR exam has about 20% HR specific question then rest is very hard technical integrations far harder than the CIS-ITSM.
Not really sure why ServiceNow feel testing on Integrations for HR is more relevant than the HR product features?

Hi agd,
Thanks for your input.
When you say integration, did you mean HR specific integration or overall for servicenow.
Please can you confirm.
